Service Description

Active rehabilitation, which involves engaging in therapeutic exercises to promote healing and improve function, offers a multitude of benefits for enhancing stability, strength, and mobility. Here's a comprehensive overview of the advantages active rehabilitation brings to these aspects of physical well-being: Stability Enhancement: Active rehabilitation exercises can effectively enhance stability by strengthening the core muscles, which act as the body's natural stabilizer. Targeted exercises for the abdominal muscles, back muscles, and pelvic floor muscles can improve balance, coordination, and overall stability, reducing the risk of falls and injuries. Strength Improvement: Active rehabilitation exercises promote strength improvement by targeting specific muscle groups, increasing muscle fiber recruitment, and enhancing neuromuscular connections. This can lead to increased muscle power, endurance, and overall strength, enabling individuals to perform everyday activities with greater ease and reduce fatigue. Mobility Enhancement: Active rehabilitation exercises enhance mobility by increasing range of motion in joints, improving flexibility of muscles, and reducing joint stiffness. This can lead to improved posture, enhanced movement patterns, and reduced pain, allowing individuals to participate in a wider range of physical activities and maintain an active lifestyle. During active rehabilitation sessions, patients will benefit from exercises that aid in strength, stability, and/or mobility. Patients are encouraged to continue active rehabilitation outside of the office, so a video demonstration portal is provided for reference.
